Your Introduction Fee secures our commitment to identify and present you one carefully selected match, aligned with your profile and aspirations.
The search process typically extends over several months, allowing us to conduct thorough candidate evaluations. Throughout this period, you'll receive regular progress updates, and our team will remain available via phone or text for any questions.
Introductory Fee Commitment
Our Match Fee includes a unique six-month guarantee, designed to protect your investment.
The Match Fee becomes due only after you have approved an introduction, and before your first meeting. Then, upon your confirmation that you wish to start a relationship following your first date, our six-month guarantee period begins. The guarantee operates on a pro-rata basis: at the end of each 30-day period, you have the right to tell us that you have ended the relationship, for any reason, and you will then receive a proportional refund for the remaining guarantee period.
To illustrate, if you signed up for the Agency membership, and you decide to end your relationship four months into the guarantee period, you'll receive a refund of £3,333 representing 2/6 of the £10,000 Match Fee.
